The EESIFLO shipboard sampler is designed in a way that operators will not only find it conventient to use but also have the assurance that they possess a system which follows fiscal regulations and hazardous area regulations for fiscal crude oil sampling. The Bbc-Ir is normally used as a portable solution (ability to transfer from one marine location to another) to obtain crude oil samples at a ship’s manifold and to provide representative samples for buyer, seller and possibly third party verification.

Three main components make up a complete system which can be transported to locations where automatic sampling is needed. The pump controller, spool assemble and transportable receiver are supplied as a complete kit ready to use. . The receiver size is calculated to have sufficient volume to hold the crude oil samples.

This can conveniently installed between the manifold flange and the loading hose or arm. The standard materials are normally Carbon Steel  but can also be fabricated in stainless steel upon request.

Designed and manufactured to meet hazardous area requirements . The controller for the system  is fully pneumatic and can be set to operate the grab sampler to obtain composite samples over a time period set by the operator.

The composite sample is collected in the  receiver  and transported for analysis.  The quick disconnects allow easy connection or disconnection from the system.  The receiver standard volumes are 17 litres .
